1. Research Use Only

All products sold by Australian Peptide Lab are strictly for in-vitro laboratory research purposes only. Not for human or veterinary use, consumption, or any form of in-vivo application.

By placing an order you warrant that you are purchasing products solely for legitimate in-vitro laboratory research purposes, that you are at least 18 years of age, and that you possess the training and facilities to handle laboratory reagents safely. Products sold are not therapeutic goods and have not been evaluated by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).

2. Orders & Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we reasonably believe products may be intended for non-research use. Cancelled orders are refunded in full.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. By completing checkout you authorise the charge for the order total shown, inclusive of shipping.

4. Product Quality

Products are supplied with a batch Certificate of Analysis. Our liability for any product defect is limited to replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from misuse of our products or use contrary to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
